Information you give us
When you submit one of our contact, quote-request, or feedback forms, we collect the information you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), the topic of your inquiry, and the message you write. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the topics you raise.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect certain information automatically when you visit, including:
- Your IP address, approximate location (country/region), and the pages you view.
- Your browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL (if any).
- Date and time of your visit and how long you spent on each page.
- Interactions such as clicks on phone-number links, outbound links, and form submissions.
This information is gathered through standard web logs and the analytics services described below. It is not, on its own, used to identify you personally.
How we use the information
- To respond to you. When you contact us through a form, we use your contact details and message to reply, answer questions, send a quote, or schedule a visit to our model center.
- To operate and improve the Site. Aggregate analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and how to make the Site more helpful.
- To advertise. We use Google Ads to reach people who may be interested in building a custom home in our service area. This may include showing you our ads on other websites or services after you have visited our Site (commonly called “remarketing”).
- To meet legal obligations. We may retain or share information when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights and property.
Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site. Each of these services has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures Site usage in aggregate. Data passes to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
- Google Ads — measures whether ads led to a conversion (such as a form submission) and supports remarketing. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
- Postmark — delivers transactional email (such as your form submission being routed to our team). See Postmark's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — hosts the Site and processes web traffic. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share form submissions with anyone outside the parties described above.

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies set by the analytics and advertising services listed above. These help us measure performance and serve relevant ads. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is being set. Disabling cookies may limit some Site features.
Data retention
We retain form submissions in our email inbox for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and to keep a reasonable history of customer communications. Analytics data is retained according to the defaults of the services that collect it (currently 14 months for Google Analytics 4).
